FIFTH AVENUE PENTHOUSE RESIDENCE: INTERIORS COLLABORATION
In collaboration with Ryan Serhant of NESTSEEKERS INTERNATIONAL and developer DelShah Capital, ITA was tasked with the challenge of bringing to life this outdated condominium suite and preparing it for sale. Placing emphasis on the breathtaking views of Central Park, ITA's full renovation and furniture staging was a drastic transformation as shown below in the 'Before and After' photos.
